the Military Governor wanted to eject the respondent and members of his family from the house he owned at No 29 Queens Drive, Ikoyi. The Supreme Court frowned at this and upheld the respondent’s application for an injunction refraining the military from seizing the property and held it to be a disregard for the due process of law.
